These terms govern your use of the CestusAI marketing website at getcestusai.com and the waitlist it offers. By using the site or joining the waitlist, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

The waitlist

Joining the waitlist reserves a place in line for early access. It is not a purchase, and it does not guarantee access by any particular date. Access opens in cohorts, and we will email you when your cohort opens. You can leave the waitlist at any time using the unsubscribe link in any email, or by writing to us.

Acceptable use

Use the site for its intended purpose. Do not attempt to disrupt it, probe it for vulnerabilities without permission, scrape it at a scale that degrades it for others, or misrepresent your identity when joining the waitlist.

Intellectual property

The CestusAI name, wordmark, copy, and design are ours. You may link to the site freely. You may not reproduce its content as your own.

No warranty, limited liability

The site is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the site or the waitlist.

Changes

We may update these terms as the product and the law evolve. Material changes will be reflected in the date above. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
